Ingredients:
1cup roasted and roughly ground peanuts
1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 cup thinly diced onions
1-2 diced green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp ajwain seeds (carom seeds)
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
2 tsps finely chopped curry leaves
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
enough water to make sticky dough
