Peanuts Gatti Pakodi




 

Serves 2 to 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1cup roasted and roughly ground peanuts

  • 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)

  • 1/2 cup thinly diced onions

  • 1-2 diced green chillies

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp ajwain seeds (carom seeds)

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro

  • 2 tsps finely chopped curry leaves

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Salt to taste

  • enough water to make sticky dough
