Used in different curries for flavor.
Peanuts are usually well-liked by everyone who can eat them. Peanut powder is used not only in curries, but also with rice dishes. I like to use this peanut powder that I will be showing you on a day to day basis to enhance the flavors of my dishes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of peanuts
1 tsp channa daal (bengal gram)
1 tsp urad daal (split black gram)
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2-3 dried red chilis
1/4 tsp turmeric
Method:
Dry roast peanuts and remove skin. Set aside.
In the same pan, dry roast rest of ingredients except for turmeric.
Blend all ingredients together with the turmeric.
Use about 2 tbsp in dish of choice. Any leftover powder should be stored in an airtight container and used within a week
