A spicy chutney for Dosas and Vadas.
This is a chutney that will leave you lip-smacking and is used as a side for any variety of Dosa or Vada.
Ingredients:
1 raw mango cubed
1/2 cup grated coconut
8-10 green chili
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad daal (black gram)
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 whole red chili
salt to taste
Method:
Blend mango, coconut, green chili, and salt to taste into smooth chutney with a little water.
Temper mustard seeds, urad daal, red chili, and curry leaves in oil.
Pour over the chutney and serve with your choice of dish.
