The whipped coffee drink that is trending now!
These days, Dalgona coffee seems to be the rage everywhere and so we wanted to hop on this latest trend with our own rendition. My daughter made this cup of coffee.
This recipe make one cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
2 tbsps of instant coffee (we used the one above in the picture, but use whatever you have on hand)
2 tbsps of sugar
2 tbsps of boiling water
1 cup of milk of choice for serving
Method:
In a medium bowl, add instant coffee, sugar and boiling water.
Using a whisk or a hand mixer, mix vigorously until you notice stiff peaks in mixture. Using whisk will take a lot of arm strength.
Serve on top of cold milk. Mix a little before drinking. Using a straw is the best way to drink!
