I know that everybody likes to cook something simple on the day to day basis. One such curry is cauliflower with potato. It is healthy and tasty.
This recipe serves 4 people.
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
1 large potato
1 1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1 tbsp bhuna channa (ground roasted gram)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp red chili powder
few chopped cilantro leaves
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Wash and cut cauliflower. Peel and cut potato into cubes.
Heat oil in pan. Add turmeric and coriander-cumin powder.
Add potato, fry until semi soft and add cauliflower.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add roasted gram and red chili powder.
Mix well with cilantro and turn off the heat. Keep aside covered for 5 minutes before serving with rice.
