Cauliflower Potato Curry

I know that everybody likes to cook something simple on the day to day basis. One such curry is cauliflower with potato. It is healthy and tasty.

 

This recipe serves 4 people.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower

  • 1 large potato

  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder

  • 1 tbsp bhuna channa (ground roasted gram)

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 3/4 tsp red chili powder

  • few chopped cilantro leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil


Method:

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower. Peel and cut potato into cubes.

  2. Heat oil in pan. Add turmeric and coriander-cumin powder.

  3. Add potato, fry until semi soft and add cauliflower.

  4. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add roasted gram and red chili powder.

  5. Mix well with cilantro and turn off the heat. Keep aside covered for 5 minutes before serving with rice.
