Baked Feta Pasta

A super easy and tasty take on this viral pasta recipe!

 

Serves 4 people.


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta of choice

  • 4 oz block of feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 12 oz cherry or grape tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 4-5 large fresh basil leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the block of feta in the center of a large baking dish along with cherry tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat everything evenly.

  3. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until you notice the tomatoes beginning to burst and brown.

  4. While the dish is still in the oven, cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions or desired done-ness.

  5. Once the dish has been taken out of the oven, smash tomatoes and mix everything together evenly, adding the cooked pasta, garlic, basil, spinach, and ricotta.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
